The ES3000 battery electric shunter is designed with easy logistics in mind - designed to fit to a standard road truck and/or easy rail transport, are designed for easy lifting & battery replacement, using a special platform wagon by Express Services.

The full battery charge price is max. £35.00 (@ £0.175 per kWh) and total energy consumption is < 20000kWh / year

The ES3000 is a very intuitive and safe human-machine interface - the telemetry app is connected and digital, on board with CCTV leading to real time transmission for decision makers and managers.

Three ES3000 battery electric shunters were delivered in 2021 to a metallurgical factory at Aurubis in Bulgaria - they replaced three old diesel locomotives.
Shunting work at slag cooling at Aurubis goes on 24/7 - one ES3000 is always on charge while two are always working.
