the 12th then returned to Leicester on the 13th with three
barrier vehicles. Running as 5V24 from Wabtec at Doncaster
to Laira 47813 conveyed 48101 48111 48102 & 49101 (between
barriers 6340 & 6344), the first sliding plug door
conversions GWR. The following day 47813 returned north 5Z49
from Laira to Leicester with barrier vehicles 6330 6344 and
