Photographs that have been published into the main site areas (news, features and associated pages) are included in the tally.

For 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 the tally is calculated from between April 1st and March 31st per year, thence the record for 2026 is from April 1st to December 31st 2026, then from January 1st 2027 onwards the records are calculated per year. The number of photographs published to the site per year is calculated and listed at the head of each column.

The columns in the #/sub, p/sub and v/sub columns calculates the conversion of photos contributed to subscription tariffs. The photo/sub conversion rate is set at 150, therefore 1 in the #/sub column represents the conversion of photographs to a year subscription. For half year and quarter year subscription conversions 0.5 represents 6 months while 0.25 represents 3 months. Yearly conversions (new subscription tariff to be implemented) will be applied as/when.
