| The names and email
addresses of users registering for a subscription with the
site are held in the subscription management system. Likewise
users details and email addresses are held in the web forum
user administration system. In both cases these details are
not accessible by anyone other than those with admin rights to
access the system. These details will not be passed on to
third parties. |

Passwords

| Passwords chose by users, whether it be the subscription
membership or for accessing the web forum, are not available
to anyone other than the users themselves. Passwords can be
changed by administrators on request but it is strongly
recommended that users should always attempt to to get the
system to restore their passwords if lost by means of the
recover password features. |
Cookies
& Third Party Tracking Cookies

| The site uses cookies to control access to the subscription
areas and access to the web forum. Tracking cookies are not
used by the site in itself however they are used by the
advertising systems (Google Adsense and Amazon) in line with
their policies regarding tracking cookies. |
