Photographs that have been published into the main site areas (news/features and associated pages) are included in the tally. The tally is calculated from between April 1st and March 31st per year and remain open for payments/subs conversions etc. for a couple of years beyond the close date of each particular year's tally.

In all cases please quote your name as listed on the database below along with your bank details for Direct Banking payments or PayPal email for payment via PayPal. These two methods are preferred and once set up your details are held on the respective platforms for future payments. Payment by cheque can be made which will require the name on the account and postal details to send a cheque to. Cheque payments must be for at least £10. while direct banking/PayPal payments and subs conversions can be for any amount. For subs conversions please supply your username or email address which you are registered with.
