Payments for
photographs published on parts of the site came into effect
from June 1st 2013 using the
advertising revenue along with top ups from the subscriber
fund and left over monies from the earlier closed
databases carried forward (2015 onwards) to pay for the photographs published on
the news page, on the site index page, in the various photo features/sets.
For accounting purposes the
photographer payment databases run broadly in line with the financial
year from the start of April/end of March per respective year. Claims for payment,
conversions to subscriptions or conversions to donations
towards the running costs of the WNXX Forum can be made by
email to admin@wnxx.com
The databases remain open for payments etc. for two
years after the end of that database period. Any payments etc.
will be taken from the earliest open database first and can be
combined.
Please follow the guidelines set out below and quote
your name as recorded on the photo payments database. In
all cases (Direct Banking, PayPal, Cheque Payment) your details
are saved so you only need to supply your contact details
once. Please notify of any changes that may affect payments.
Payment by direct bank payment - direct bank
payments can be set up for regular photographic contributors.
To set up a direct bank payment send an email to
admin@wnxx.com with your
photo payments ID and the bank details required for setting up
a direct payment - account holder name, sort code and account
number.
Payment by PayPal - send an email to
admin@wnxx.com with your
photo payments ID and the email address you have registered
with at PayPal stating the amount to be paid. Please note that
PayPal can take their usual transaction fee from payments made
via their platform.
Payment by cheque - send an email to
admin@wnxx.com with your
photo payments ID, the name of whom to make the cheque out to,
the address to send it to and the amount to be paid.
Subscriptions conversion - if you wish to convert
some or all of your payments tally into a subscription send an email to
admin@wnxx.com with your
photo payments ID and your site log in ID or registered name.
Forum donations conversion - to convert part or all
of your tally into a donation towards the running costs of the
WNXX Web Forum please send an email to
admin@wnxx.com advising
the amount to convert and your Forum Username.
Writing off payment - to write off photo payments in
exchange for a gratis log in to the site please email to
admin@wnxx.com advising
your request and arrangements for this can be put into place.
Any outstanding balances after the database is closed are being partially
recycled forward into the current year or absorbed into site
development and/or running costs. |
